The rapper proved he is a big softie at heart by taking a quick snooze with his little boy and sharing the adorable pic with his Instagram followers.
If there were a competition for best post-Thanksgiving nap photo, Drake and his little boy, Adonis, would surely win it this year. The 34-year-old rapper shared a sweet snap on Instagram on Nov. 27, showing him resting his head on the shoulder of the 3-year-old. (See below.) While the “Hotline Bling” star closed his eyes, his toddler snuggled up close as he munched on snacks in a bowl.
The blissful moment was an instant hit with Drake’s famous fans. Former professional basketball player, Justin Laboy wrote, “True Kings Raise New Kings. God Bless.” Fellow rapper OB OBrien also loved the pic. “Fresh braid up,” he wrote, referring to the blond boy’s cornrow. “Ketchup chips. Dads [sic] the goat. Life is good * future voice *.”

The Black Friday photo isn’t the first time that the Canadian rapper has proudly shared pics of his son. Back on Oct. 11, Adonis rocked an afro and a smile while posing in a roomful of balloons with his dad in honor of his third birthday. “Young Stunna,” Drake captioned the photo.
In June, the star celebrated Father’s Day by sharing a snap of his little one, looking sleepy, sitting up in bed, while wearing his PJs. “Happy Fathers [sic] Day to all the real g’z handling business,” Drake wrote.

It’s not clear where the “God’s Plan” rapper celebrated Thanksgiving, but he has been spending quality time with Adonis and the little boy’s mother, Sophie Brussaux, this year, amid the coronavirus pandemic. On Nov. 8, the French artist and model shared an adorable video clip on Instagram of her doing yoga, while Adonis mirrored her moves on a nearby mat. “Yoga Sundays with my baby yogi,” she captioned the clip.
As idyllic as their co-parenting life together looks, on Nov. 23, in a totally unrelated post, Drake took the time to remind his followers that – in general – we shouldn’t judge real life through the prism of social media. “Life can look good in a picture but we don’t live in pictures just know dat [sic],” he captioned a photo of himself grinning.

Setting that rule of thumb aside, Drake’s Black Friday nap pic looks pretty blissful – an adorable snapshot of father and son, enjoying each other’s company.
