Even more famous films and TV series for Ukrainian viewers
The HBO Max streaming platform has officially launched in Ukraine. Starting October 14, viewers can subscribe to the service and watch content via the HBO Max app, website, as well as on mobile devices and Smart TVs.
What plans are available on HBO Max?
There are currently two plans available on the streaming service:
- Standard (€7.99/month): allows simultaneous viewing on two devices, Full HD quality, and up to 30 downloads.
- Premium (€9.99/month): allows simultaneous viewing on four devices (two of which can stream sports events), 4K UHD + Dolby Atmos quality (where available) and up to 100 downloads (with restrictions).
The additional “Sport” package (about €3/month) will provide viewers with access to Eurosport 1 and 2 channels.
What to watch on HBO Max
The service offers a library of content from HBO, Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Studios, Max Originals, and Discovery. These include the Harry Potter films and the TV series House of Dragons, Penguin, Pitt, The Quest, and It: Welcome to Derry. Viewers can also watch Friends and Sex and the City.
Users have access to a Ukrainian interface and content with Ukrainian subtitles and dubbing.
Where else can you watch HBO Max content?
Since June, HBO Max has entered into a partnership with MEGOGO. It continues to operate in parallel with the direct launch of the streaming platform in Ukraine.
