With an eye on the threat of an imminent nuclear war, a billionaire on the Rafa estate is tying his son to a bond: the entire homeland is going to gather in a luxurious secret bunker to rewind an important clock. But 22-year Max doesn’t want to exchange one relationship for another. Dad will reconfigure him, even if his mother and grandmother are already there with the remaining stage of cancer – they may not be able to hurt them for much longer. The remaining argument is the news that “Kimera Underground Park” is also the birthplace of his beloved, who died in a car accident, since Max himself was behind the kerm. The hero understands: they need to come together and put all the dots on the “i”.
Nowadays, isolation, which is not enough to prevent at least a few people from living for the sake of their current power security, until geopolitical influences are sensed, turns into the worst-case scenario. The remains of Max’s homeland are worried about communicating with other elites who can afford to survive the end of the world in an underground bunker, the tension under the ground is growing every day. Along with the stress of new surroundings, the main characters are still threatening to return to the old family chambers and come out again. The great supernaturalism begins to boil.
While the two countries remain in mutual hostility and seem to be guilty, here nuclear bombs fly over the bunker, and the richest elite of Spain watches with groans as the surface light disappears. Her life now lies with Minerva – the secret woman who is the leader of Chimera, and the discordant alliances that are to blame for this tragedy.
The series was worked on by Alex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato, who also worked on the series “Paper’s Booth.” Behind these words, “Billionaire's Bunker” explores how supernatural wealth brings wisdom. The series features Spanish actors Miren Ibarguren (“Phenomena”), Goaquin Furriel (“Kingdom”) and Natalia Verbeke (“Ana Tramel: Gra”).
The authors of the series insist that its apocalyptic story is not a fantasy, but the world is effectively preparing for the worst-case scenario. At the beginning of 2025, news spread across social media that the United States has completed the Aerie bunker project to protect 625 of its richest people – worth 300 million dollars. The shelter is protected against electromagnetic impulses from nuclear vibration and at the same time ensures a level of comfort that is not compromised by luxury hotels. The bunker has a restaurant area, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a skeletal rink, as well as daily medical complexes with advanced human intelligence. There is a feeling that the authors should re-watch the series and see what kind of results they can lead to.
