Ukrainian actress Svitlana Karabut, who currently lives in the UK, will star in the new Harry Potter series, Redanian Intelligence reports.
Svetlana Karabut will play the role of Septima Vector, the Arithmancy Professor at Hogwarts. Students were hesitant to study her subject because they thought she was a strict teacher. However, for Hermione Granger, Arithmancy was her favorite subject at Hogwarts. Septima appears frequently in the Harry Potter books, but has very little screen time in the original films.

Actress Svitlana Karabut has had roles in other major projects, including “No Time to Die.”
As a reminder, the Harry Potter series being developed by HBO is set to debut in 2027. The project is intended to be a more accurate adaptation of J.K. Rowling's books than the films, which starred Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Green. The series' team has already confirmed the main cast.
