A job that leaves no one indifferent
Singer Max Barskykh presented a video clip for the song “To Be Strong” — another single from the new Ukrainian-language album “City of Rains.” In it, the performer addressed a topic close to millions of Ukrainians — the pain of separation from loved ones during the war.
“To Be Strong” is a song about the inner monologue of the heroes of our time – the military, who carry the whole world on their shoulders and must remain strong.
“Communicating with my friends who are currently at the front, and with fans whose relatives are defending Ukraine, I understand that the most difficult thing for the military and their families is the unknown. When every day passes without an answer, how long the separation will last and when they will be able to return home again to hug their loved ones,” notes Max Barskykh.
The artist adds that leaving the arms of a loved one to go protect your family is an extremely difficult choice. But Ukrainians make this choice consciously and every day. And, according to the singer, the least he can do for these people is to dedicate a song to them.
For the first time, songs from the Ukrainian-language album will be heard live during a big show at the Palace of Sports “Together It Will Be Ok” on December 13.
