Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker leaned into gothic, spooky-season date style in New York City’s TriBeCa last night, and Kendall Jenner joined them, giving their fashion a big injection of color. Kardashian and Barker wore basically all black, Kardashian in a sheer black cutout mini dress with knee-high leather boots. Jenner joined in a yellow, brown, white, and black print dress, so it was complementary, sure, but really stood out against their dark looks.
Jenner may have been a third wheel last night, but she has actually been dating NBA player Devin Booker for over a year. In August, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Booker and Jenner are happy in their relationship but aren’t about to get engaged any time soon.
“Devin Booker is sweet, smart, fun and totally not a player,” the source said. “He is very respectful and was raised with very good values. Kendall finds that to be a very attractive quality.”
“They’re not putting any sort of pressure on things for the future,” the source added. “They realize they’re both still young and have big futures ahead of them. Right now they’re just enjoying their time together and taking things as they come.” (Jenner is 25, and Booker is 24.)
Jenner spoke in June during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion about why she kept her relationships off the show. “Kylie and I have had the opportunity to watch our older sisters go through marriages and relationships and breakups and all these things, and do them pretty publicly,” she started. “And no offense to you guys at all, but I think it was personal preference from a really young age that I didn’t want to [do that]. I think it makes my life a lot easier and our relationship a lot better, to be completely honest. I just feel like it’s a private matter, it’s not really for anybody else to judge or know.”
