Watch Jenna Rosenstein Share Her Nightly Skin Care Routine

The beauty director for Harper’s BAZAAR shares all her favorite beauty products.

“I have tried everything you can imagine,” says Harper’s BAZAAR beauty director Jenna Rosenstein. “Every weird facial, every product. I’ve had some really good skin days and some really bad skin days.”

With that kind of experience, Rosenstein naturally has honed her skin care routine down to a T. Although her routine changes daily (“because that is the life of a beauty editor”), in this episode of Go to Bed with Me, she shares everything she’s currently loving, from Burt’s Bees Rose Micellar Toning Water to MDNA Skin’s Beauty Roller.

With her combination dry skin, Rosenstein says, “I’m always trying to just exfoliate and keep my skin bright and clear.”

She also tends to steer clear of cleansing wipes. “There’s a lot of preservatives in cleansing wipes to keep them wet all the time,” she says. “Also, I just don’t love that they’re not super eco-friendly. So for me, they’re not my go-to choice.” Instead, Rosenstein starts off her routine by applying micellar water—currently, either from La Prairie or Burt’s Bees—to cotton rounds from Brandless.

Next, she uses a facial cleansing oil from Malin + Goetz. “I love basically every cleansing oil,” Rosenstein says. “I don’t discriminate.”

Following the double-cleansing method, Rosenstein follows up her cleansing oil with a cleansing foam, specifically using a product by Weleda.
