Heller to Take the Helm at Memo Paris, Replacing Initial Leader

Marc-André Heller, previously with the L’Oréal Group, will be appointed to the CEO position at Memo Paris, starting January 1, 2026, the company revealed. He will take over from John Molloy, co-creator and current Chairman.

Founded in 2007 by Clara and John Molloy, Memo Paris is recognized as a pioneer in the exclusive perfume sector. The brand’s olfactory works are stimulated by actual and fictional voyages, blending sophisticated structures with unexpected harmonies. Memo Paris scents are available in over 40 nations, and the house manages its own principal store at 24 rue Cambon in Paris’ 1st district.

A Swiss citizen and HEC Lausanne alumnus, Marc-André Heller joined Memo Paris as Global Chief Commercial Officer in September 2024, contributing 18 years of expertise in the luxury beauty market, including time at L’Oréal in Switzerland, Paris, and Canada.

His proficiency in marketing, retail channels, and digital commerce, alongside his established leadership and administrative talents, have already significantly benefited Memo Paris since his arrival. In his upcoming role, his strategic outlook and direction will be essential for propelling the ongoing expansion and worldwide advancement of the niche fragrance company, working closely with the brand’s founders and its proficient teams,” Memo Paris stated in a LinkedIn update.

The incoming CEO’s goals encompass enhancing digital sales and strengthening the brand’s presence in global markets.

Memo Paris is prepared to present its recent offerings at the Notes Shanghai exhibition, taking place from October 16 to 19.
