At the 2025AW edition of Notes Shanghai, taking place from 16-19 October 2025 at the West Bund International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China, over 150 exhibitors and approximately 300 brands will convene across more than 6,000 gross sqm.
Notes Shanghai stands as the exclusive Asian event entirely committed to luxury perfumery. This year’s gathering will showcase brands hailing from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, featuring Amouage (Oman), Borntostandout (Korea), Caron (France), Etat Libre d’Orange (France), Jo Loves (UK), Melt Season (China), Memo Paris (France), Mendittorosa (Italy), Nasomatto (Italy), Skandinavisk (Denmark), and numerous others.
Exhibitors will display a varied selection of products encompassing perfumes, home scents, car fragrances, and scented candles, alongside traditional Chinese incense.
Furthermore, nine distinctive showcases will deliver targeted insights into fragrance-related themes: “Caron’s Free Odyssey”; “dsm-firmenich House of Musk exhibition”; “Dunhuang Resonances by Mane”; “Givaudan Haute Parfumerie Show”; “Nose Idea-Olfactory Art Experience”; “Notes Shanghai Osmanthus in Perfume”; “See the Scents Immersive Experiment Project”; “Tmall Fragrance Healing Expo” and “The Odyssey of Perfume History”, overseen by the world’s only perfume conservatory, Osmothèque.
The exhibition area will also present two specialized zones: Shanghai Perfume Week, uniting international exhibitors invited by Nez – the French platform offering fragrance education and industry workshops – and; Scents Box, an engaging zone presenting cutting-edge equipment for raw material exploration and anonymous perfume testing, enabling attendees to directly interact with the olfactory realm.
Projected to host upwards of 16,000 attendees, Notes Shanghai will additionally feature a thorough educational agenda with specialists and influencers dispensing knowledge and examining trends through 50 discussions.
