At the start of the episode, Fitzsimons gives us his surgeon’s general warning: “I don’t have a PhD in skin care,” he says, “but I’ve got to know a little bit about my skin throughout my career and being around different aestheticians and makeup artists.”
He divulges that his skin type ranges from normal to oily, and he curates a skin care product palette that fits accordingly.
Fitzsimons’s nightly skin care routine starts right after he showers, where he exfoliates with NatureLab Tokyo’s Clarifying Scalp Scrub. “It takes away all of the dead skin, all of the residue of products, and leaves you with beautiful, shiny, healthy hair,” he says.
