The L’Occitane Group’s enterprise has revealed the nomination of the Franco-American professional Jordan Saxemard as Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer. In this capacity, he will manage worldwide brand and product promotion, communications, digital planning, and consumer interaction, directly reporting to Heela Yang, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sol de Janeiro.

Saxemard joins Sol de Janeiro after holding senior executive positions within the beauty, luxury, and tech sectors. Most recently, he acted as President for the Americas and EMEA at Dyson, guiding commercial and marketing transformations and spearheading the unprecedented accomplishment of the Dyson Airwrap, the leading hair-styling device in the U.S., while advancing the brand’s innovation-focused storytelling.

Prior to that, during his 12-year period at Coty Luxury, Saxemard was crucial in the turnaround and expansion of Gucci Beauty — overhauling the brand’s fragrance mainstays including Gucci Flora and Gucci Guilty, and heading the relaunch of Gucci Makeup alongside the ongoing triumph of Gucci Bloom.

Beyond Gucci, he supervised marketing and commercial strategy across fragrance, makeup, skincare, and nail categories, aligning with prominent fashion and lifestyle labels such as Tiffany & Co., Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, and Philosophy Skincare, boosting them to greater heights of cultural impact and financial prosperity.
