As the 2025 festive period draws closer, Dior introduces its fresh “Le 30 Montaigne” Advent Calendar, a coveted collectible that merges opulence, sentiment, and outstanding artistry. Taking inspiration from the renowned frontage of the namesake Parisian shop, this remarkable box honors the legacy and inventiveness of the Maison.
An architectural wonder conceived by Pietro Ruffo and crafted by PM Studio
The calendar’s blueprint was entrusted to the Italian artist Pietro Ruffo, who imagined a captivating depiction of 30 avenue Montaigne. His design, drawing influence from the “Circus of Dreams,” is lit up with celestial bodies and shimmering stars, symbols cherished by Christian Dior.
To materialize this poetic vision, Dior collaborated with PM Studio, a partner celebrated for its proficiency in packaging and the crafting of esteemed boxes. The agency supervised the artistic and technical leadership of the packaging, spanning from the firm frame to the hot-stamped golden embellishments, ensuring the accuracy, robustness, and endurance of the item.
The box, completely reusable, is planned as a decorative object. Its measurements (41.5 × 33.8 × 13.5 cm) and the refined characteristic of its unfolding panels call to mind scale models.
