Tradeshows: Beauty Expo rebrands as Beautyworld Taipei

Taiwan’s longest-running beauty trade show has been rebranded as Beautyworld Taipei, with the goal of further leveraging Messe Frankfurt’s B2B ties within its established global Beautyworld network and enhancing its presence in Taiwan’s beauty and wellness sector.

Co-organised by UDN.COM and the Messe Frankfurt Group, the next edition of the event is set to take place from 20-23 March 2026 at the Taipei World Trade Center. The event will feature an international lineup of exhibitors, along with the debut of three zones and pavilions: Medical Aesthetics Zone, Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Zone, and European Premium Beauty Pavilion.

The Medical Aesthetics Zone will be a dedicated platform for clinical skincare and non-invasive treatment providers. A recent survey among 2,620 Taiwanese consumers revealed that while only 23.2% have experienced medical aesthetic treatments, 64% are interested. The focus will be on advanced clinical skincare, anti-aging products, and non-invasive devices. Featured exhibitors include Airlee Enterprise, Fairy Clinic, Caiyi Biotechnology, Shine Eleven Biotech, and Starclinic.

The Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Zone will be a curated showcase for sensory and wellness-focused beauty products, aligning with Asia’s rising interest in holistic care and natural living. It will display products such as essential oils, natural fragrances, and aromatherapy solutions, catering to the latest wellness and self-care trends within the lifestyle and spa sectors.

The European Premium Beauty Pavilion will focus on premium and prestige skincare, fragrances, and beauty products, it will highlight high-end brands that emphasise heritage, quality, and innovation. This pavilion will also feature certified organic and heritage cosmetic manufacturers, as well as wellness and fragrance brands.

In addition, a targeted Buyer Matching Programme will be launched to connect exhibitors with qualified buyers from both Taiwan and key international markets, including Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

By shifting from a B2C model to B2B2C and aligning with our Beautyworld series, we are strengthening our global ties in the beauty industry, ensuring we remain relevant and innovative in a fast-changing market. In partnership with UDN.com, the event has emerged as the largest international beauty fair in Taiwan, offering brands enhanced visibility across Asia and beyond,” said Ms Regina Tsai, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, Taiwan Branch.
