The extensive green spaces of New York can furnish both a getaway from, and an augmentation of, the city’s daily activities. For the illustration on the cover of the November 3, 2025, edition, the creator Victoria Tentler-Krylov depicted the vibrant setting unfolding before Little Island, a more recent addition to the collection. “There’s nothing quite like a journey or a meander alongside Hudson River Park on a lovely day,” Tentler-Krylov expressed. “I appreciate not just seeing all the athletic displays but also taking in the hidden spots that sprout, blossom, and shift hues through the seasons.”
