On the 20th of June, MONATIK gathered at the Palace of Sports in Kiev about 11 thousand people who came to enjoy the new musical program “So you mix it up”. We can see how costumes were created for one of the largest rock concerts.

A 360-degree stage at the very center of the Palace of Sports, a rickety podium, effective video decorations on three screens, driving choreography – all that was needed to prepare for the MONATIK concert. Once again, I’ll give the MONATIK show a role in costumes – designer Ivan Frolov has worked on them, working with Ukrainian musicians – Zokrema, a bunch of Ziferblat, who represented Ukraine at “Eurobachenni-2025”, and with light stars – Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez.

The FROLOV brand team created 10 costumes for the show – from the selection for Dmitry Monatik to the looks for the looks for his backing vocalists, keyboardists, guitarists and trumpeters. According to the words of the creative director of the brand Ivan Frolov, the company was inspired by Dmitry’s stage style – bright, dynamic and original.

“We worked in close collaboration with the directors, focusing on the artist’s brand color. This palette became the accent and reflects the team’s connections with each other,” comments Ivan Frolov. — We poured it with a special glossy texture, similar to vinyl. Each participant in the team had elements of this fabric, and at the same time it looked like a complete picture.”

The image of Dmitry Monatik appeared most complex. “It’s peculiarity is its volume: the jacket and shorts are wrinkled by the weathered shape, there is no “wrinkle.” The smell is now associated with autumn, but shorts and other visors are saved from the brightness of life “summer mood, characteristic of the artist,” comments Ivan Frolov. — Dmitry’s costume has a lot of black marks on it — a parallel with the great concerts within the concept of the fourth rock. Another heel, a dynamic frown, as it “sits” on the shoulder and symbolically unites him and his team into a single mechanism.”
Let me show you the costumes in more detail.
