The great captain of the English national team, David Beckham, officially relinquished the title of official for his significant contribution to football and the beneficial activity of the country. The 50-year-old athlete, whose fate has reached the honorary list of King Charles, was dedicated as a celebrant during a ceremony in the county of Berkshire.
“I couldn’t write any more,” Beckham commented. “Everyone knows what a patriot I am, I love my country. I have already said how important the monarchy is for my homeland. I was lucky enough to appreciate the world – and It makes me proud.”

At this very moment, at Windsor Castle, David Beckham was escorted by the squad of Victoria and his father – Sandra and David. Victoria, who received the Order of the British Empire for her services to the fashion industry in 2017, created the costume herself for her partner to wear at the ceremony.

“King Charles is the most elegant and inspiring man I know,” David Beckham said. “He breathed upon me with the length of his rich rocks and, madly, became the best suit for this image. This is the suit that my squad sewed for me. I looking at old photos of Charles in a tuxedo when he was young, and saying: “Okay, that’s how I want my mother’s look,” and Victoria inspired this idea.”

David Beckham made 115 appearances for England and served as captain for six times between 2000 and 2006. However, his contribution has long gone beyond the boundaries of the football field: since 2005, he has been working with the humanitarian organization UNICEF, and in 2015, a special fund was created in his honor to signify a tenfold partnership. In 2024, Beckham became an ambassador for The King's Foundation, supporting King Charles' awareness programs and initiatives aimed at helping young people understand nature better.
