It’s been three months since Liam Hemsworth was photographed introducing his new girlfriend, 23 year old model Gabriella Brooks, to his parents. And while the two have not posted anything about their dating on their social media, E! got a source to talk a little about how things are going between them a “handful of months” into dating.
Hemsworth is “excited about dating Gabriella,” E!’s source said. “His family really likes her and they have a normal relationship without drama.”
The two Australians both adore being in their home country. He was previously married to American singer Miley Cyrus, and they were based in Malibu. He spent far less time in Australia then as he was also often in the United States for work. (Brooks and Hemsworth have visited the U.S. though. They were photographed making out in Los Angeles early last month.)
“The Australia connection is definitely nice for both of them,” the source said. “She wants to be in Australia just as much as he does, and they both really enjoy being there and spending time with family and friends. He doesn’t feel like he is being pulled away.”
Generally, they’re two chill people, and that works well for them. “They can both just completely be themselves and take things at face value,” the source continued. “She’s low key and down-to-earth. So far it’s been very easy and fun.”
