Jennifer Lopez had another big summer style moment yesterday when she attended Jennifer Klein’s annual Day of Indulgence party in Los Angeles. The singer showed off her toned physique in a light blue matching set, including an ab-baring bandeau, open collar top, and pants. She accessorized with layered necklaces and sunglasses.
Lopez’s appearance on Sunday comes after she made headlines for publicly unfollowing her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez on Instagram and taking down all of their photos together. Lopez ended their relationship for good in mid-April due to trust issues; by the beginning of May, she was hanging out with her back-on boyfriend Ben Affleck.
A source spoke to Entertainment Tonight in June about how Rodriguez had finally accepted that he and Lopez were never going to reconcile. “When they first split, he wanted to work things out, and still held on to hope that he and J.Lo would get back together,” the source said. “He’s come to terms with the fact that it’s over now.” Curiously, he went on to vacation in the same spot Lopez and Affleck did during J.Lo’s birthday week at the end of July.
E! got intel from a source about how Lopez felt about Rodriguez making that choice. “She knew A-Rod was around, but he’s the last thing on her mind and she could care less what he does,” the source said. “She’s totally in love with Ben and only has eyes for him. She has moved on and is not looking back. She’s very relieved that she is out of that relationship and done with him for good.”
