The coronavirus pandemic has made everyone’s birthday celebrations much more intimate, and Gigi Hadid’s was no exception yesterday. The model turned 25 and celebrated the day on her family’s farm with Bella and her mother Yolanda, with whom she’s quarantining. Bella thoroughly documented the festivities on her Instagram Story, from bringing in presents and getting flowers for the house (“A very farmy b-day for a very special bday girl,” Bella captioned the shot):

Bella also captured the candle blowing, where Gigi wore a tiara and took her time making her birthday wish. Her mom Yolanda made sure the balloons were positioned appropriately for the shot:
Gigi, meanwhile, reposted all the Instagram birthday tributes she received on her Instagram Story. She also shared photos of all the flowers she was sent from her famous friends, including the arrangement that Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Joe Alwyn sent (“love n appreciate uuuuu,” Gigi wrote to them):

Gigi’s low-key celebration yesterday was the polar opposite of how she celebrated her 24th birthday last year, when there was no pandemic and no one was in quarantine.
That April, Gigi had a big, denim-themed party out in New York City. Taylor Swift came (not wearing denim) along with Martha Hunt, Bella Hadid, Hailee Steinfeld, and more big celebs.
