Brivaplast strengthens its management team and expands capabilities

The Italian family-owned company is strengthening its management team with two key appointments: Sonia Fiori as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Marco De Crescenzo as their new Plant Manager.

Throughout her career, Sonia Fiori has held key roles focusing on financial management, strategic planning, and operational control, demonstrating a proven track record in optimizing financial performance and supporting business growth.

“Sonia will play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the sustainable growth of the Group on a global scale,” commented Fabio Pezzoli, General Manager of Brivaplast Group.

Bringing extensive experience in finance and management across diverse international industrial companies, Sonia Fiori will be instrumental as Brivaplast continues to expand its global presence.

For its part, Marco De Crescenzo, Brivaplast’s new Plant Manager, brings a wealth of experience in operations and production management to the group.

“His past roles include Operations Manager & HSE Manager, Production Manager and Process Engineer. His deep understanding of manufacturing processes and operational efficiency will be crucial in further enhancing Brivaplast’s production capabilities and supporting its ambitious growth objectives,” emphasized the company in a release.

New investments

In addition, Brivaplast is investing in significant enhancements across its operations.

The company is undertaking a major investment to expand its Ornago, Italy, production site, aiming to increase overall production capabilities by 25% by the end of 2025. This expansion includes new state-of-the-art machinery and additional production lines.

Simultaneously, Brivaplast seeks to optimize workflow through key moves such as relocating the sampling department, expanding warehouse capacity, and reorganizing archives. These improvements are designed to boost internal efficiency and enhance service quality for clients.

“This expansion will enable us to meet the growing demand, particularly in customization, and better support our customers globally,” said Fabio Pezzoli.

With over 55 years of expertise in application solutions for makeup, Brivaplast is one of the world leaders in the design and production of packaging and applicators for mascara, lipgloss, concealer, eyeliner, and eyebrow products. The company operates two production units, in Ornago, Italy, and in Shanghai, China, as well as a commercial office in California, USA. Brivaplast employs 200 staffs worldwide.
