Chloe Fineman knows a thing or two about skin care hacks, whether it’s using delightfully fragrant serums as perfumes, doubling moisturizers as highlighters, or utilizing a dog bowl as a sink.
The SNL comedian is also all about a “bicoastal” skin care regimen, applying a balanced blend of products with both natural and chemical ingredients.
For Fineman, the primary objective in her skincare is to “appear to be glowy even though you are painfully dehydrated.” Her method of choice: lathering on layers of creams and serums that her skin can still swim in by the next morning.
On the latest episode of Go to Bed with Me, Fineman walks us through her nightly skin-bathing routine and shares with us her favorite go-to products. You can shop these products below and read on for more highlights on how she maintains that dewy glow.

Fineman begins with Tatcha’s Camellia Cleansing Oil, a two-in-one for additional makeup removal, which she regards as “heaven” and says makes her face feel like a baby’s bottom. “That’s when you know you’ve Tatcha’d,” she comments.
Before entering “face mask land,” Fineman uses In Your Face’s Deep Enzyme Cleanse, which she enjoys for its natural ingredients. She occasionally tops off the step with Tatcha’s Rice Polish Enzyme Powder. “This stuff’s amazing. This, like, changed my skin,” she says. “It just kind of minimized pores and made [my skin] feel lovely.” Fineman adds that the powder is especially useful if you have “maskne” (acne caused by your face mask).
Fineman is all for dewy beauty and the natural glow, and occasionally applies Tatcha’s Eye Brightener. But above all, she loves herself a dense cream. “I really like a thick lotion. I am a dry, dehydrated girl,” Fineman says. She specifically opts for the In Your Face Cream, which she enjoys for the natural “yummy, glowy complexion” the product gives her face. “You can do the highlighter thing, or you can just have a thick-ass cream.”
