10 greatest films filmed in Venice

Venice, with its gondolas, marvelous Baroque palaces and museums, is one of the most beautiful places in the world. We can think of 10 films that were famous in Venice, and we will continue with this list in advance of the Venice Film Festival, which begins on the 27th of September.

“Summer Time” (1955)

In the film by David Lena, Katherine Hepburn plays a self-sufficient woman from Ohio who comes to work for Venice and becomes involved with a Venetian antiques dealer. “The League of Prominent Gentlemen”, (2003)
