Chloé’s refreshed rendition is best worn on the forearm, mirroring how its biggest admirers have styled it: Kate Bosworth, Mischa Barton, and Sienna Miller.
Initially conceived by Phoebe Fileau, the bag is being brought back into vogue by Chemeni Kamali. The model first appeared in the French label’s spring-summer 2005 assortment (Kamal was working alongside Fileau at Chloé during that period) and resurfaces this year. Phantom represented an advancement of its “sibling,” the Luggage bag, which was marginally smaller and lacked expanded trapezoidal sides. Ryder sought inspiration from both designs for the grand return: the new Luggage gained an arched fastener (smiley bag) along with a roomier and more supple structure.

The Roxanne is making its return 21 years following its initial launch, presenting a renewed design featuring expanded color options and measurements, as well as a miniature iteration in the style of a sleek shoulder bag.
