As people commit to social distancing themselves and self-quarantining to help “flatten the curve” and slow the spread of coronavirus, High School Musical alum Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale shared a fun, little poignant reminder on TikTok: We’re all in this together. Hudgens took Tisdale’s original TikTok video of herself channeling her character Sharpay and doing the dance from the movie’s finale song (a good indoor workout!) and added one of herself lip-syncing and dramatically pouring herself a glass of wine like the Gabriella of 2020 would.
“Well. It’s come to this. Lol @ashleytisdale maybe I start getting into tik tok?” Hudgens wrote. “Username is vanessahudgens not vanessahudgens0 okay byeeee.”

Tisdale shared just her dance, writing on her IG, “If you need to work out while on #selfquarantine try this 😂 hopefully this will brighten your day a little!”
Hudgens previously encouraged her followers to donate to Feeding America to help with coronavirus relief, sharing a screenshot after she made her own donation. “It’s a crazy time out there in the world,” she wrote. “School closures, job disruptions, lack of paid sick leave and the coronavirus’ disproportionate impact on adults age 60 and older and low-income families are all contributing to the demands placed on food banks across the country. Join me in supporting @feedingamerica today. Let’s help each other out rather than freaking the fuck out. Kk?”
Tisdale and Hudgens aren’t the only celebrities providing entertainment and advocacy like this during the coronavirus outbreak. Fellow Disney alums Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato shared last night that they will be doing an Instagram Live today where they chat, seemingly about self-care during this time of social isolation.
“Tune in tomorrow to my insta live series #BrightMinded #LiveWithMiley to see me and @ddlovato talking about keeping it LIT in dark times!” Cyrus teased on Twitter.
