The model has traveled to Miami amid Art Basel, where she was spotted dining out at the eatery Papi Steak. The star posted a behind-the-scenes look at her sparkling outfit, which featured a sleek backless halter dress by Bottega Veneta, covered in eye-catching dark-green sequins.
She paired the sultry piece, which featured a scooped neckline and a curve-hugging midi-length skirt, with silver-and-black strappy heels and an oversized silver necklace. She also carried a forest-green iteration of the Italian house’s Mini Jodie handbag during the outing.
In the clips and pics shared on Instagram, Bieber poses in front of a mirror while showing off her beauty look, which included a voluminous blow out, green graphic eyeliner, and a peachy-nude lip.

Earlier this week, the Tiffany & Co. ambassador made an appearance at the iconic jeweler’s Miami Holiday Residence fete, where she looked stunning in a timeless black look from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.
