Khloé Kardashian has decided to give her ex-boyfriend and daughter True’s father Tristan Thompson another chance romantically, despite his multiple cheating scandals, according to People. A source said that Kardashian and Thompson are “giving their relationship another try. Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True.”
A second source told the outlet that Kardashian and Thompson “acted like [they] were back together” during Kardashian’s birthday party last weekend. Thompson shared a glowing birthday tribute to Kardashian then, writing that he loves her. The post sparked rumors the two could be involved.

Entertainment Tonight, meanwhile, was told by its own source that Thompson and Kardashian are only friends. Its source disputed People’s report, saying Thompson and Kardashian are”not officially” back together. They are on good terms the same way that the other Kardashian-Jenner sisters are on good terms with their exes, according to that source.
“They’re all family,” the source said. “Everyone gets along and everyone has the kids’ best interests in mind.”
The outlet was told by a separate source earlier this year that Thompson and Kardashian are quarantining together though. “This alone time has really allowed them to reconnect without outside influences,” that source said.
E! also ran detail on their relationship this week, specifying that the couple is not engaged. Its source didn’t deny the possibility of them dating though. “Khloé seems very happy with where things are right now,” the source said. “He seems committed and has made changes. Obviously Khloe is hesitant and is taking it very slow. The time they have had together during quarantine has been very special and meaningful.”
“Khloe realizes when Tristan goes back to playing basketball and on the road, everything will change,” the source continued. “She isn’t getting ahead of herself and she is just enjoying having him around right now and all of the family time they have had together with True.”
