Inside Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Life With Archie in Quarantine During COVID-19 Outbreak

Let it be known: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are taking quarantine seriously as they settle into their new Los Angeles home with their nearly one-year-old son Archie during the coronavirus pandemic. People got a little insight about the couple’s day-to-day from a source.

Meghan and Harry are making no superfluous shopping trips—in fact, they aren’t really going out to shop at all. “They only leave their house for charity work,” the outlet’s source said. Meghan and Harry have been volunteering with Project Angel Food to deliver meals to those at risk and in need in Los Angeles. Paparazzi photographed them out doing so on Friday. The two were also photographed out once walking their two dogs, an excursion most dog owners are still doing. California’s shelter-in-home order allows for residents to go outside to exercise while social distancing.

Meghan and Harry are still working from home, doing Zoom calls with organizations. Some of those calls have been made public, including Meghan’s with Hubb Community Kitchen.

But when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are done work for the day, they’re done with work. “They spend their evenings at home as a family,” People’s source said. “They haven’t had any visitors.”

The couple has been FaceTiming though, E! reported previously. Yesterday, the Sussexes’ spokesperson confirmed they video called Queen Elizabeth II to wish her a happy 94th birthday. Archie joined too.

A source told E! that Archie has been loving connecting with people on the platform. Harry and Meghan’s son has been “loving doing FaceTime playdates with other small children they have in their lives,” the source said.
