When I find myself in times of trouble, Harry Styles comes to me. And these are quite troubling times. Luckily, British magazine Beauty Papers announced yesterday morning that the “Adore You” singer will grace the cover of its April issue—and the steamy, intense photos are exactly the type of content the world needs today.
The black-and-white photo shoot features the star in repose, sitting on a chair and looking directly into the camera as he poses in nothing but fishnets and loafers. In the video, his voice plays on a loop in the background, reciting his own name, “Harry Edward Styles.”
“‘Treat people with kindness’ resonates as a revelation and revolution in itself,” the magazine captioned the post. “An undeniable call to action and invitation to make a kinder world—whoever, whatever and however you are.”
In another behind-the-scenes video, Styles dons dramatic makeup and a classy navy suit by Gucci.
Soon after Styles was revealed to be the magazine’s April cover star, Beauty Papers announced via Instagram Story that its website was temporarily down due to the sudden volume of issue orders.
“Beautiful people, our website as you know, is down due to an overwhelming response,” the post read. “Please hold tight … thank you.”
