Joy Group buys Foltène, Italian hair and skin firm.

Joy Group (Shanghai Juyi Cosmetics Co., Ltd.), a foremost multi-brand beauty conglomerate in China, has finalized its purchase of Foltène, an Italian dermatological hair treatment label.

Established in Milan in 1944, Foltène is celebrated for its science-based history and cutting-edge advancements. The label created two exclusive active blends, Tricosaccaride and Tricalgoxyl, that encourage hair to appear denser, more voluminous, and more vibrant. Foltène’s primary range of offerings concentrates on wholesome hair development and mending of hair and keratin, encompassing various segments like anti-hair fall vials, gender-specific hair thinning shampoos, eyebrow and lash serums, and nail conditioning treatments.

Currently, the label is available for purchase in over 30 nations.

The purchase includes Foltène’s complete brand operations, including the trademark’s assets, its international distribution system, and the research facility situated in Italy.
