Vanessa Hudgens is all about that beach life (and considering it’s basically her backyard, who can blame her?). In her latest Instagram post, the 32-year-old actress shared a couple pics of herself soaking up the sun at the beach. In the photos, The Princess Switch series star rocked super long hair and a stunning one-piece swimsuit that shows off her super toned abs and legs.
And her caption pretty much summed up her state of mind: “Why see the world, when you got the beach. Sweet life 🥰☀️🌊.”

The photos got lots of love from the Bad Boys For Life actress’ famous friends and Instagram followers alike. For starters, Paris Hilton commented, “🔥🔥🔥.” Oh, and there was some super flirty action between Vanessa and her new boyfriend, MLB baseball player Cole Tucker, too. He commented, “Oh my” on the snap, to which Vanessa replied, “@cotuck had a great photographer 😉.”
So, how did Vanessa get those “oh my” worthy abs and legs? Well, the High School Musical alum is super dedicated to her workouts. Back in 2018, she told Women’s Health that she works out six days a week and likes to get a buddy in on the action with her. “To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream,” she said. “I reach out to friends to hold me accountable.”
She’s also remained consistent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Back in August 2020, Vanessa shared a grueling battle ropes workout on her Instagram Stories. She’s also been doing virtual Torch’d workouts with instructor Isaac Calpito and friends, which incorporate dance-based, weighted movements into a 45-minute class.

She also shared an intense resistance band workout (all while wearing a mask), which she followed up with a booty workout while wearing ankle weights.

Pre-pandemic, the Spring Breakers star was a huge fan of workout classes, especially SoulCycle. “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy,” she told Women’s Health. “It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.”
She also told PopSugar, “I’m the type of person that needs to be in a class. I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I’m very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself.”
