But today we got confirmation from someone who would know first hand: Scott Disick, who let it slip on Instagram what the pair’s relationship status is.
Kardashian posted a bikini photo of herself. Disick commented on the post, tagging Thompson: “@realtristan13 is a lucky man!” So there we go, straight from the Kardashian-Jenner extended family: Kardashian and Thompson seem to be back on, at least for now.

Interestingly, Disick’s comment was taken down Friday morning—but not before fans and outlets took screenshots.
In the beginning of July, People reported that Kardashian and Thompson were giving their relationship a shot again. A source told the magazine that Thompson and Kardashian were “giving their relationship another try. Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True.” The couple threw a Fourth of July party together, breaking California’s guidelines not to host large gatherings with non-household members because of COVID-19.
Around the same time, a source told E!, “Khloé seems very happy with where things are [between them] right now. He seems committed and has made changes. Obviously Khloe is hesitant and is taking it very slow. The time they have had together during quarantine has been very special and meaningful.”
The source added that “Khloé realizes when Tristan goes back to playing basketball and on the road, everything will change. She isn’t getting ahead of herself and she is just enjoying having him around right now and all of the family time they have had together with True.”
Thompson added fuel to the dating rumors days before the relationship reports came out, posting a birthday tribute to Kardashian where he wrote “I love you mama.”
