Kourtney Kardashian added a little fuel to rumors that she and her newly single ex-boyfriend Scott Disick might get back together with a Father’s Day tribute to him.
Kardashian shared a photo of them all together, writing, “Happy Father’s Day, thankful for you and these three special ones.” She tagged Disick’s Instagram account in the photo. Disick and Kardashian have three children together: Mason, Penelope, and Reign Disick.

Kardashian’s tribute comes just days after she shared a photo of herself in what appeared to be Disick’s flannel shirt. The couple was in Wyoming celebrating Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West’s birthday.

Her post also comes shortly after Us Weekly reported on May 29 that Disick is still in love with Kardashian. “Scott is always going to be in love with Kourtney, and that’s something Sofia has had to face since even before she got serious with him,” a source told the outlet. “It’s been an ongoing thing. It just became more apparent that his family was more of a priority than she was, and his family would be his main priority over anything and anyone.”
Page Six also reported that the pair’s relationship interfered with his and Sofia Richie’s. Richie and Disick broke up in late May after dating for three years. Disick had recently entered rehab for substance abuse issues, but checked out when photos surfaced of him at the center.
“Scott had gone back to his old ways, and Sofia got fed up,” a source told the outlet.
An insider said that Kardashian and Disick’s closeness also strained things with Richie. “Kourtney didn’t make it easy for her, and you can only tolerate that kind of treatment for so long,” Page Six’s source said.
