Demi Lovato’s new boyfriend may be ready to go all in on their relationship. Us Weekly reports that Max Ehrich, the former soap opera star who’s been dating Lovato for the last few weeks, wants to put a ring on it when they’re out of quarantine.
“Max plans to propose to Demi after this whole pandemic is resolved and their families wouldn’t be surprised by the proposal,” a source tells the outlet. “They think they make a great couple.”
A second insider told the outlet that the couple was “getting really serious” as they isolate together in her home. “The quarantine has been really great for Demi and her and Max have gotten so close. She’s doing a great job at staying sober, healthy and taking care of herself.”
E! reported in late March that Lovato and Ehrich were dating. “Demi and Max have been seeing each other for a few weeks now,” a source said in a report published on March 25. “They have been quarantining together at Demi’s house and it’s going really well.”
“Max is very into music and health, and he doesn’t like to party,” the source continued. “He is a good influence on Demi and they have a lot in common. They have a few mutual friends in common, but Demi has been introducing Max to her closest friends via Facetime since being quarantined. It’s very new but they are definitely hanging out and seeing where it leads. They have spent a lot of time together but I wouldn’t say it’s an exclusive relationship yet.” Guess things changed.
