On the 4th-5th weekend in the Lavra gallery there will be a fair of contemporary art, Art Kyiv 2025, which will allow me to get acquainted with the collection of Ukrainian mystique. The fair will involve over 20 leading galleries and art institutions from Ukraine, Poland and the USA. The highlight of the autumn fair was the work of Odessa artist Stepan Ryabchenko “Lyubov”. The creature itself will be on display as part of the exhibition, and viewers will be looking forward to profiting from it.
Ukraine WOW
26th spring – 9th leaf fall, Kiev Central Railway Station, exhibition area on the 14th track

At the Central Railway Station near Kiev, an interactive exhibition Ukraine WOW has opened, which compels the leaders of the Ukrainian slaughter. On display you can see over 100 exhibits, among them Ivan Mazepa's sword, the sword of the Hours of Kievan Rus, the Hetman's mace; copies of the golden pectoral; a seven-meter-high set featuring “The Witch of Konotop”, “The Golden Ball” by Andriy Shevchenko, “Eurobachenya” statuettes, which were won for Ukraine by Ruslana, Jamala and the Kalush Orchestra, BAFTA awards for the film “Stone, Papier, Knives”, in which Oleksandr Rudinsky played and otherwise.
A team of over 300 people worked on the project. The concept and implementation of the exhibition are supported by GO Ukraine WOW and agency Gres Todorchuk, founders of Ukraine WOW – Yaroslava Gres and Yulia Solovey.
“Malyovana. Khatny painting”
25th spring – 24th leaf fall, National Museum of Decorative Art of Ukraine
“Malyovana” is an exhibition that traces the traditional hut paintings of Ukraine, created by women. Its initiator is Victoria Yakusha, Ukrainian artist, founder of the YAKUSHA architectural studio and the FAINA brand. Under the supervision of Victoria Yakusha and Annie Gudimova, in the walls of the National Decorative Museum, for the first time, unique exhibits have never been shown publicly before – examples of household paintings from Vinnychyny, Cherkasy and other regions of Ukraine. The project is complemented by a metal installation by Victoria Yakushi, created specifically for this project. “Those who were lost in clay are found in metal,” is the slogan of the exhibition.

A photo exhibition of the legend of Ukrainian photography Viktor Marushchenko immerses viewers in the everyday life of the village of Krenichy in the Kiev region. In 1989, Viktor Marushchenko was born and visited the small village of Krenich several times. Having become weary of the everyday life of those who were lost in their land, those who were there… The head of the rural sleepiness was Oleksandr Kubelius, who formed a group of people in his frail age. The photographer captured the images of these people – how the stinks signified Great Day, the Honey Savior, how they greeted guests, and desecrated the cities. The exhibition presents nearly 100 photographs: landscapes, portraits, scenes of Christmastide and everyday life.
Africa: Direct
Z 10 zhovtnya – , Khanenki Museum

“Africa: Direct” is the first museum project dedicated to the independence of Ukraine, dedicated to the historical and cultural decline of Africa. The exhibition presents over 40 artifacts from the 19th to 21st centuries from 18 countries on the continent. The heart of the exhibition is the private collection of Aunt Deshko and Andriy Klepikov – Ukrainian leaders in the reign of public health, participants in the global health program in the fight against infectious diseases. Over the past 20 years of working trips to different regions of Africa, Andriy and Tetyana have formed a valuable collection of ideas. The need to share their love to Africa brought a friend to
Khanenki Museum. It is the collectors' idea that after the exhibition is completed, most of the artifacts will be displayed in the national monuments of Ukraine.
“Incessantly.” Exhibition by Roman Mikhailov

A new project by one of the brightest young Ukrainian citizens, the daughter of Pinchuk Art Prize nominee Roman Mikhailov. In his works – painting, graphics and installations – Mikhailov. works critically to understand socio-political processes and the traumatic reality of modern Ukraine. The new project “Incessantly” presents a series of paintings that, in the author’s words, “represent the endless transformation of the power of the artistic process and the current sociocultural reality of Ukraine.”

The gallery will show an exhibition by Volodymyr Kuzntsev, which will feature a series of works using appliqué techniques and large panel screens. Abstract robots interpret our reality, and even the first sketches appeared when a well-known volunteer, Kuznetsov, received information about the need for collecting money at the turnstiles – that’s when the idea to create robots came to fruition. How you could win for donating. Quite a number of direct images – water, blood, fumes, water, flows, ruins – flowed step by step in the figurative and abstract compositions. In his applications, as in his wall paintings, Kuznetsov often uses three colors – black, white and red. Create virizans from paper and cardboard, completely immersed in Vitinank’s ephemerality, appearing as tangible and material as they speak about the exhibition of curators Lizaveta German and Maria Lanko.
“How I spent my summer”

“Assembly Hall” is a group exhibition in a decentralized, abandoned, great space, which presents the work of 11 artists and the art group “atelier normal”. “Far from civilization, on the autumn Lesovoy, they will show the influx and naive to themselves and reflect on the summer – even by creating robots on the 18th version of the great master, even by creating robots on war, and who would like to talk about the special details of preparation before motherhood,” say project curators Oksana Ozarchuk and Lera Tarasenko.

“Unformat”. Exhibition by Danik Manzhos

In the new art space “Forge, which was developed at the former forge on Nizhny Val, founded in 1900, an exhibition of the young Mitz Danik Manzhos has opened. Danik Manzhos is an artist originally from the Donetsk region, who is a creator of the Ironic robots that remind you of pop art. In “Forge” you can see new robots from Mitz.
