For the front page of the October 20, 2025, edition, the illustrator Harry Bliss desired to present a current occurrence that made him content. “My apologies to my spouse, but there aren’t many things I hold in higher regard than canines and flora,” Bliss stated. “And the two intertwined during a recent stroll through the forest with Junior, my furry companion.”
