The multinational fragrance and cosmetics firm, headquartered in Geneva, has revealed its plan to purchase Belle Aire Creations, a US-based scent creator distinguished for its innovative talent and robust connections with local clientele.
Belle Aire Creations was established in 1982 by three entrepreneurs from Illinois – Don Conover Sr., a specialist in scent design, alongside siblings Richard and Charles David – who collectively sought to produce superior fragrance creation with enhanced flexibility.
The corporation’s main office is situated in Libertyville, Illinois. Its positioning in the core of the Midwest enables it to effectively cater to a wide and varied assortment of patrons nationwide.
“With Belle Aire Creations, we will enhance our offerings for domestic and area-specific consumers in North America where we recognize there is still considerable opportunity. This purchase will enable us to blend our worldwide imaginative assets with Belle Aire Creations’ extensive local know-how to supply triumphant results for our patrons,” emphasized Maurizio Volpi, President Fragrance & Beauty at Givaudan.
As a component of this incorporation, Stacey David will maintain leadership at Belle Aire Creations.
Givaudan intends to fund the undertaking through available capital, although further monetary specifics have not been made public. The corporation stated that, on a pro forma framework, Belle Aire Creations’ operations would have added roughly CHF 65 million in supplementary revenue to its 2024 figures. The arrangement is anticipated to be finalized by the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026.
