Naos, the French firm responsible for the skincare and personal care brands Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur, has named Frédéric Ennabli as Chairman of its Executive Board, commencing January 12, 2026.

Frédéric Ennabli, who has been at the helm of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics since 2022, boasts over two decades of experience as a business executive. In collaboration with his teams, he spearheaded a significant overhaul of the firm, with the intent to revitalize its expansion and regain market share.

Previously, he directed YellowKorner, a French artistic photography vendor (2014–2021), after acting as CEO of The Body Shop (2010–2013) and of Club des Créateurs de Beauté (2007–2010). This singular professional journey, at the juncture of entrepreneurial ventures and international corporations, has allowed him to cultivate profound knowledge in innovation, distribution, and digital advancement, alongside robust expertise in international markets and constructing adaptable organizations,” Naos stated. “By joining Naos, Frédéric Ennabli will contribute his strategic perspective and leadership talents to the growth of the enterprise,” the group added.

Frédéric Ennabli is joining Naos at a pivotal moment for the company, which registered revenues of EUR 896 million in 2024 and is set to achieve the EUR 1 billion threshold by 2026.
