The Italian manufacturer of color cosmetics recently showcased its two latest collections at the MakeUp in New York fair (18 and 19 September 2024).
The first collection, Chakra Glow, which takes a holistic approach and is inspired by the power of nature. Every element of the collection, from the packaging to the light and luminous textures, “hints at sky and divine light.” The main colors used — gold and metallic blue — emphasize the concept of brightness. “People’s singularities become central: flaws should no longer be regarded as something to be hidden, but as expressions of uniqueness to be enhanced,” highlights the company in a statement.
The second collection, Pop & Play, is more pop and is inspired by the desire for discovery and escape from everyday life. The products previewed are multi-purpose and mainly in stick format, so they can be used effortlessly anywhere. The vibrant and playfully juxtaposed colors, ranging from peachy orange to lavender and shiny black, encourage consumers to express their personality in a unique way.
Both collections include a wide range of products, covering all types of cosmetics included in the portfolio of MPlus Cosmetics: from mascaras to eye shadows, foundations to concealers, lip products to eyebrow products.
“Two collections that reflect the desire to take care of oneself, to play with one’s personality, and at the same time the desire to discover and travel, even if only with the imagination,” said Michela De Frenza, Marketing & Innovation Manager at MPlus Cosmetics.
