The Spain-based manufacturer of cosmetic packaging solutions presents Translucent Harmony, a range of translucent and colored droppers.
This new solution, created especially for skincare brands, combines a color-painted translucent glass bottle with a monomaterial PP dropper cap. Both components are 100% recyclable.
The result is a sleek, minimalist, modern design that allows partial visibility of the pipette or formula inside.
“We set out to develop a packaging solution that would be both visually distinctive and technically responsible. Translucent Harmony strikes that balance between beauty, sustainability and performance,” explains the Virospack’s R&D team.
According to the company, this packaging solution eliminates the need for heavy opacifiers or metallic elements, facilitating easier processing through standard recycling systems. Additionally, using polypropylene (PP) as the sole material for the dropper cap enhances its performance in waste-sorting operations.
The entire production process — from color creation to painting and final assembly —, is carried out at Virospack’s own facilities. With 100% in-house production, brands benefit from a single point of contact and greater control over the entire process.
