Kim Kardashian Plays Hide & Seek With Chicago & Saint West Amid New Christmas Decorations – Watch

Kim Kardashian and her kids Chicago, 2, and Saint West, 4, are getting into the holiday spirit. Check out their adorable game of hide and seek — and Kim’s extravagant Christmas decorations.

Kim Kardashian, 40, is recycling her all-white Whooville themed Christmas decorations from 2019 — and proving once again how much her kids love them. On December 3, she shared a video to her Instagram stories of her daughter Chicago West, 2, and her son Saint West, 4, hiding among the unconventional holiday decorations, and giggling up a storm.

In the video, Kim is slowly walking down the hallway of her monochromatic mansion, playing a game of hide-and-seek with Chicago and Saint. The kids are hiding amongst her supersize Christmas decor, which was inspired by Dr. Seuss’s The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and the beloved story’s fictional town Whooville. Before Kim can find her giddy children, they jump out from behind one of the large puffy trees.

Kim’s two tots don’t quite get the concept of the game, so she tries to turn it into a teachable moment and explains that the “goal” of hide-and-seek is to let someone find you. But Saint is quick with a defense and explains that it’s “hard” to get Chicago to hide, so they “have to hide together.”

The hands on mom isn’t swayed and continues to try and get them to understand that they “can’t jump out” before she actually finds them. But, their excitement is no match for her resolve and she quickly agrees to play another round.

In another video, shared the same day to her Instagram stories, Kim can be seen calling out “ready or not” while looking for the kids. She quickly spots Chicago, who is barely hidden behind one of the Whooville trees.

When Chicago realizes that Kim has found her, she erupts into the most adorable laughter and shouts, “you found me.” Saint is quick to pop out of his hiding spot to tell his mom to “count to 20 and close your eyes.”

Last year Kim got a lot of criticism over her one-of-a-kind Christmas decorations, but she clearly hasn’t let the disapproval from the masses sway her. She even defended the unusual decor during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in December 2019. At the time she told Ellen DeGeneres, 62, that she hired an artist from Australia to create the geometric, storybook inspired objects.

Not surprisingly, the extravagant decorations were very expensive, and Kim insisted during her talk show appearance that the deconstructed Whoville would be the family’s “theme” every Christmas. However, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also admitted that the decorations might not last forever — thanks to her rambunctious offspring. “This year, my kids are old enough that they’re climbing on them and ripping them and breaking them,” she told the eponymous talk show host. “I don’t know how long they’ll last.”
