Kim Kardashian and Kanye West celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary yesterday, May 24. On her Instagram grid, Kardashian celebrated her special day with West by posting two candid photos of the two together at the dinner table.
“6 years down; forever to go. Until the end,” she wrote.

The couple, who now share North (6), Saint (4), Chicago (2), and Psalm (1), were married in Florence, Italy in 2014 in front of a massive wall of flowers (how could we forget all those flowers?).
“It was funny how nervous [Kanye] was,” an onlooker told People then. “He clearly knew the gravity of what he was about to do. This morning he was all smiles, but as it got closer, you could see that the nerves were kicking in. It’s common for most grooms. I’ve seen it all before.”
Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, also posted a tribute to Kimye, with the following message: “Happy Anniversary to these two!!! I love you guys!!!!! ❤️❤️”

The couple chose to get married in Florence, partly because North was conceived there, West told Florence’s La Nazione newspaper in 2014.
“I love Italy and the Italian lifestyle,” he told the paper. “To tell you the truth, I already came to the banks of the Arno [river] with Kim last year, just the two of us, incognito. I think that our daughter North was conceived here among the Renaissance masterpieces. It was our first honeymoon. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, for me the most beautiful in Europe.”
