On October 26th, a monumental Vogue World spectacle will unfold in Los Angeles, which this year will be themed around the intersection of style and the cinematic universe. This marks the fourth installment, with preceding Vogue World events hosted in New York, London, and Paris. “If “Vogue World: New York” resembled a lively street festival, and “Vogue World: London” became an exquisite theatrical soirée championing artistic and cultural establishments in London, then Paris evolved into a grand inauguration, celebrating a century of fashion and athletics, along with the charm of this exceptional city,” observed Anna Wintour, global editorial head of Vogue and chief content executive at Condé Nast. Vogue World in Paris
Vogue World 2024 unfolded in Paris concurrently with the Olympic Games. The affair materialized at Place Vendôme, with Cara Delevingne overseeing the live broadcast of Vogue World 2024. Vogue World: Paris united 188 athletes, 151 models, 70 dancers, a 40-member orchestra, and 20 global breakdancers. The evening’s central theme revolved around the evolution of style spanning the past century, with each fashion era intertwined with a distinct sport: the vibrant twenties alongside cycling, the sophisticated attire of the 1950s with equestrianism, the lycra-dominated 1970s with gymnastics, and the 1990s with soccer.

Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, accompanied by their steeds, sported Hermès, while other models donned three-tone Dior ensembles influenced by Victorian-era riding apparel. Unexpected appearances on the runway included sporting icons, like sisters Serena and Venus Williams.
Vogue World in London
Vogue World in London, staged in the autumn of 2023, stood as a theatrical spectacle, harmonizing opera, contemporary dance, ballet, Shakespearean soliloquies, and entrancing musical performances. The show commenced with the chimes of Big Ben, followed by the audience glimpsing John Galliano dressing Kate Moss in an exclusive Maison Margiela creation backstage. Subsequently, opera singer Hunny Wu, a rising luminary from the Royal Opera House, delivered a poignant rendition of When I Am Laid In Earth from Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, accompanied by the Southbank Sinfonia. Concurrent with this, viewers beheld Moss dancing beneath a veil of tulle before joining Wu on the stage.
