It has been established that the six-fold Alexandra was taken from his family by his mother’s brother, who was a sack near the town of Borzna in the Chernihiv region. There, the grandmother took care of him, she loved the boy so much, she told him stories about the Cossacks, and she learned to appreciate the beauty of nature. When the future artist turned up, his mother married Oleksandr Ivanovich Murashok, maternal feelings awoke in her and she decided to take the boy to her. Sashko moved to Chernigov, where he was in charge of Oleksandr Murashko Volodiv with a small iconographic mastery. A conflict is brewing, so that the 15-year-old boy will leave his father’s house. This was an important hour: Sashko lived, often went hungry, spent the night on barges and shrines of the Dnieper. The professor at the University of St. Volodymyr, Adrian Prakhov, who at that time painted paintings at the Volodymyr Cathedral, helped me not to lose heart.

INTERMEDIATE STAGE

Mine of all sorts of fates, the first conflict will be settled: Prahov managed to convince Murashk the elder, and in 1894 Oleksandr decided to go to St. Petersburg, where he successfully went to the Great Art School at the Academy mystical In 1896, he entered the Master of Illya Ripina and became his favorite teacher. At the Academy, the young artist spent time in self-illumination. Getting closer to the group of Ukrainian artists Opanas Slastion. When I arrived in Ukraine, there was plenty of sun, warmth and such beautiful nature. Not without hesitation, Repin chose a theme for the competition: it was the historically pobutov painting “The Funeral of the Cat.” The paintings were awarded first place and more to the Academy Museum, and the author himself was denied a scholarship for travel abroad. Murashko worked in Paris and Munich, who, according to Antonovich’s words, helped me overcome Ripin’s influx.
