The film tells about the thorny path of the Mitzah – from its first steps in cinema to the creation of iconic lines, which have become symbols of Ukrainian poetic cinema. The authors explore how Dovzhenko maneuvered between powerful creative ideals and political boundaries of the era.

Genius
The film “Genius” was filmed during the early 1970s in Massachusetts through the Vietnam War. The robotic carpenter James Mooney , who did not graduate from art school, is tempted to steal amateur paintings in order to feed his team of two blues. “Ulamki svitla”
A poignant documentary film directed by Mili Teshaeva about the traumas of the war and the war before modern times. Having survived the horrors of the Russian occupation, the townspeople of Bucha, Irpenya and Borodyanka are beginning to reclaim their places and their lives. Young people, a schoolgirl, a local gardener and a summer housewife – each of them bears the burden of trauma, but retains a spark of resilience, solidarity and hope. Over the course of three rocky films, we follow five people who are going through the particular costs, the trauma that is growing, and the search for justice, showing their path.
“Positive “Artist”
