Christina Fair to head L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division in North America

L’Oréal Groupe has announced the appointment of Christina Fair as President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for the North America Zone, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms Fair will report to David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA and President of the North America Zone, as well as Alexis Perakis-Valat, President of the Consumer Products Division for L’Oréal Groupe.

Since 2020, Fair has served as President of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) in the North America Zone, overseeing brands including CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science and Vichy. As President, Fair established LDB as the Group’s third-largest US division, significantly accelerating sales growth and increasing market share. Under her leadership, the Division’s brands and products became the top recommendation among dermatologists, pediatricians, and pharmacists.

Fair’s career at L’Oréal began in 2008 with leadership positions within the U.S. Consumer Products Division, including senior marketing roles with Garnier and Maybelline New York. In 2015, she led global marketing for SkinCeuticals; in 2015, she was appointed US General Manager for SkinCeuticals where she accelerated the brand’s growth and cemented its leading position in professional skincare.

I’m thrilled that Tina will now be taking the helm of our Consumer Products Division and our extraordinary portfolio of Consumer Division beauty brands, including L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Essie, and NYX Professional Makeup,” commented David Greenberg. “I have seen Tina step change every business she has run as we have witnessed with the Dermatological Beauty Division under Tina’s leadership. Her strategic vision, bold decision-making, and entrepreneurial mindset position her and the Division for continued success.

Fair succeeds Nathalie Gerschtein, who has decided to open a new chapter of her professional life outside the L’Oréal Groupe.
