Why is it beneficial to move constantly and how to do it?

As the saying goes, “movement is life.” However, while this is common knowledge, not everyone puts it into practice. And in practice, it should be applied, literally. Movement is life. And so, to be constantly alive, one must constantly move.

When people think of “getting moving,” traditional physical exercises often come to mind, which many people simply find boring. But that's not necessary!

The thing is, our body doesn't care whether its movements constitute physical exercise or not. All that matters is that it's moving. What these movements “are” is completely irrelevant; the important thing is that they occur.

So, to get the right amount of movement, we simply need to move more, in any way we can. That's all! It doesn't have to be just exercises from a physical education class. Movement can be integrated right into your daily routine.

For example, walking somewhere instead of taking public transportation. You could do the entire journey, or just part of it. Or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Or simply going for walks more often. Or playing soccer or other fun active games. Or engaging in more physical activity, or even just taking out the trash more often. Or whatever. The main thing is to move!

Essentially, we just need to “catch up” on the required amount of movement per day. The easiest way to achieve this is to move whenever possible. It doesn't even matter how, the main thing is to move!

In fact, once you start moving in any way, it becomes much easier to transition to specific physical exercises. Because the body is already accustomed to movement, physical activity will be much easier.

Also, think about how beneficial constant movement will be for your health! Imagine moving a lot every day. And not instead of your usual activities, but right during them. In fact, every day becomes a physical workout. In fact, our entire life becomes a physical workout!

And one more thing. Any action, essentially, consists of our body's movements. Accordingly, the more movements we make, the more actions we perform. The more actions we perform, the more things we will get done. In other words, by constantly moving, we will constantly be doing a variety of things. Can you imagine how many things we would then do every day?

By getting used to moving, we essentially get used to acting. We train our bodies to perform constant actions. Constant movement is training, practice of action.

And most importantly, as mentioned at the very beginning, only when we move do we feel alive. A person who moves too little begins to feel dead. Feeling dead is very unpleasant. It's better to feel alive!

A person who is constantly moving is healthier, feels better, and accomplishes more. It's a complete benefit. That's what movement can do!

So start moving constantly. Try to move as much as you can at any given moment, if you have even the slightest opportunity. And only then—by moving—will you begin to live life to the fullest!
