Is there a better way to cleanse your skin? Hercules and Beauty…

I couldn't have imagined that the question of “how to wash my face” would become so pressing for me. In our progressive times, there's everything on the shelves: various foams, gels, and mousses promising to gently and effectively remove makeup and impurities.

But after trying countless cleansers (both expensive and inexpensive), I wasn't satisfied with the results. My skin was either overdried or poorly cleansed, leaving a film of residue on my face. And as we all know, there's no beauty without cleanliness. My search for a cleanser continued, and the bottles in my bathroom kept changing, one after another, never repeating themselves.

But the efforts were ultimately successful! The remedy is as simple and inexpensive as it is wonderful, natural, and highly effective. And that salvation is oatmeal, or more precisely, rolled oats!

Oatmeal cleansing is a three-in-one treatment: removing dirt, softening, and moisturizing. It's a worthy replacement for expensive “3-step skincare kits.”

Rolled oats are considered a “live” food. Despite the processing involved in obtaining them, oats contain a wealth of valuable components. Rich in microelements and minerals, oatmeal has a healing effect and improves skin texture. It is excellent for removing blackheads, reducing inflammation, regulating sebum production, and eliminating flaking.

At first, existing imperfections may appear more pronounced than usual—don't be alarmed. This could be a sign of the deep cleansing process. Oatmeal draws out existing inflammation on the face, then eliminates it and renews the skin layer. This reaction isn't experienced by everyone, but it's possible. As a result, you'll have a velvety, radiant complexion!

There are several ways to prepare flakes for washing .

Some people pre-steam the oatmeal with boiling water, while others wet a handful of dry oats in their palm under water and immediately begin washing their face. Some use the oats as they are sold, while others prefer to grind them. It's all a matter of preference and preference!

Personally, I grind the rolled oats and pour it into a small jar (formerly a cream jar) and dilute it with warm water or green tea.

If you pour cold water over oatmeal, it'll be a bit tough, and if you steam it with boiling water, it'll turn into a mushy mess, making it too slimy. Of all the options, diluting the oats with warm water works best for me. You can let the mixture sit for a while, just a minute or two, to let it steep. I apply it to my damp face, massage it in gently, and leave it in while I brush my teeth.

Here is such a simple procedure for which your face will thank you with its fresh look.

I always start my evening cleansing routine with a cleansing milk to remove eye makeup and powder, and then wash my face with oatmeal. It feels so clean, fresh, and renewed!

Oatmeal cleansing is suitable for all skin types. You can add various ingredients as desired: aloe, cucumber, or kefir juice for oily and combination skin; oatmeal diluted in warm milk or cream is an excellent option for sensitive and dry skin.

Don't stop at just your face. Apply the oatmeal to your body while showering and massage it in. You can also add oatmeal to a coffee scrub to make it softer and more gentle.

Remember that nutrition directly affects our beauty. The maxim “You are what you eat” hasn't been repealed. And the better your nutrition, the better your complexion and skin.

Oatmeal is the perfect breakfast in every way. Besides providing the body with nutrients, it cleanses it very well and gives you lots of energy. The best oats are those cooked in water and without oil. For a better taste, add a spoonful of honey and dried fruit.

It is very beneficial to drink a cup of chamomile tea with honey in the morning on an empty stomach.

For fun, I'd like to calculate the savings I'd otherwise spend on basic skincare products, which could easily be replaced with oatmeal. But it's not just about the money; for me, this recipe was the best of all the ones I've tried!

Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but when it comes to beauty, oatmeal is our best friend!
