How to get your body in order in spring?

Once again, it's spring, love, and beauty. All feelings are renewed, and for some reason, it's in the spring that we want to look our best, to lower our eyelashes when we look, to flutter at a touch, and to be reflected in the eyes of our loved one. But not everyone is so lucky. Unfortunately, not everyone has a loved one, but we certainly all want a miracle to happen this spring and for that beautiful feeling—love—to touch our hearts once again.

Well, let's start with ourselves! To look good, all you need to do is eat right, be in a good mood, feel in harmony with your inner and outer worlds, and, of course, get enough sleep. We all look in the mirror, and everyone has some self-critical comments. No, they don't need to be corrected with foundation, bulky clothes, or the typical conclusion: I'm already beautiful.

A spring morning, even if it's not particularly pleasant, is still a great way to boost your energy. Exercises on the balcony or a light jog—whatever works best for you. Your muscles will tone up after hibernation, your complexion will improve, and so will your mood.

Nutrition

Losing weight is all the rage these days. But the key is to avoid overdoing it with diets. It's best to balance your diet with proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. In percentages, it looks like this: carbohydrates – 60%, proteins – 10%, fats – 30%. Then, count the calories. You should consume up to 2,500 calories per day. Those who are losing weight should only consume 1,500.

Additionally, we distribute our daily diet: 25% for breakfast, 50% for lunch, and 25% for dinner. When losing weight, you should drink up to 2 liters of pure water per day, depending on your body weight, at a rate of 30 ml of water per 1 kg of weight. This is, of course, provided there are no medical contraindications.

And don't forget to stay active. This could be walking, or doing sports or fitness. You can also have something sweet if you want, but only in small amounts and in the first half of the day.

Harmony

Ah, how wonderful it is to feel calm, good, and comfortable! But unfortunately, there are also plenty of reasons to be upset right now. There are times when we dwell on our troubles and start feeling sorry for ourselves. And even worse, we start eating away our stress. It's important to remember that all troubles eventually end, so there's no need to dwell on them.

Another equally important issue is compassion and love for one's neighbor. There are many people in the world who are far worse off than you are. Therefore, we must thank God for every day we live, for the food we eat, for the shelter we have. We all need to learn to love life in all its manifestations. Every drop of rain, every blossoming flower, every ray of sunshine, every blade of grass emerging from the asphalt—everything contains its own energy, life.

Harmony within yourself is repentance and humility. Someone will always have something better, brighter, more beautiful. Love yourself, love your surroundings, love nature. Forgive those who have hurt you, brought disappointment and anger to your soul. Forgive not for them, forgive for yourself. For resentment undermines the soul, destroys it. Harmony is in creation. The more positivity you give, the more you attract good people who can become friends later. And perhaps among them you will find your love.

Beautiful skin

From spiritual beauty, let's move on to skin beauty. As spring approaches, the body becomes depleted. This affects the skin, hair, and even nails. Taking vitamin and mineral supplements is recommended. This will help the body cope with springtime vitamin deficiencies, and the skin will regain its healthy appearance.

You can make masks. A green clay mask is excellent for cleansing, toning, and firming the skin. It effectively combats oiliness, removes blackheads, and leaves skin supple and velvety smooth. For the mask, dilute the clay with regular or mineral water, add grapeseed oil, and a few drops of lemon essential oil. The mask should be neither runny nor sticky. Apply it to clean skin, including the décolleté, for 20 minutes. Then rinse and apply a nourishing cream.

Now we can look in the mirror and smile. Yes, we are all charming, beautiful, and confident. Problems don't disturb our inner harmony, and we love ourselves. And if we love ourselves, others will too. And the one and only. And then happiness will shine in our eyes.
