The main event of the evening was the screening of the tragicomedy “The Rose Tattoo” by Tennessee Williams. The production was the debut work for students of the Karpenko-Kary University – a new generation of actors that was formed during the war. This is the story of a woman who, after losing her husband, learns to live and love again. The performance immerses you in the atmosphere of the Italian diaspora in the USA in the mid-20th century – with their temperament, music and feelings beyond measure. And the acting of talented actors makes it especially insightful.
