Outerwear was the main fashion statement during Copenhagen Fashion Week last week: the streets of the Danish capital were dominated by spectacular coats, transforming even the simplest looks into full-fledged stylizations. Below are the most notable of them.

The term “one and done coat” – a coat that shapes an entire look – entered our fashion lexicon back in February 2025, when Anya Taylor-Joy and Rosalia appeared in public in sculptural fur coats from Alexander McQueen and Celine, paired with nothing but tights and heels. The look, in which the coat becomes the sole main stylistic statement, instantly established itself as the new formula for effective simplicity.

Of course, street stylers couldn't miss the opportunity to follow this trend. Last week in Copenhagen, you could see a lot of fluffy, voluminous and textured coats. Along with a large number of fur and teddy coats, Scandinavian fashionistas also demonstrated the active return of animalistic prints. Leopard, zebra and even Dalmatian appeared next to polka-dot and floral-patterned coats. All this has a completely logical explanation: when the temperature drops low, the coat becomes a key element of the image – and it should be its star element. Ukrainian brands were also spotted on the streets of the city, in particular, colorful SANTA fur coats, which the girls easily made the main stars of their winter looks.
